Our home is a  2 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths, 1500 sf house.  It features an open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining area.

Each bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and night stands, walk in closet, private bath, TV and alarm clock.

The front bedroom has a full bath with shower/tub combo while the back bedroom has a full bath with tiled walk in shower and double vanity.

The living room has leather furniture, solid wood coffee and end tables and plasma TV with satellite.  The  couch pulls out to a hide-a-bed for additional sleeping.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless appliances (refrigerator, double sink, stove, microwave and dishwasher), granite counter tops, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, pots, pans, utensils and servings for eight.

The dining room opens out through a full wall sliding glass door to a private trellis covered patio.  The patio features comfortable patio furniture, BBQ. The three panel sliding glass door  creates an indoor/outdoor atmosphere. 

The front door steps out to the community park that features a beautiful fountain, open green grass common area, playground and gated community pool.

At the back of the house is a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer that leads to the attached 2 car garage.

Location

Our home is located in Glendale Arizona, right next to the Glendale Sports and Entertainment district.  The home is in the beautifully landscaped and gate community of Provence. The Provence community is at the Northeast corner of 91st Ave and Glendale Ave.  The home is within a mile (walking distance) of sports events, entertainment and shopping.
